Learn and Practice Meditation in the New Year!

The Canadian Sri Chinmoy Meditation Centres offer a FREE 4-week meditation series offered on ZOOM.
Classes include practical techniques in concentration, visualizations, breathing, mantras, daily practice tips and more.
Four consecutive classes offered on Sundays in February 6, 13, 20, 27
Start times across Canada:
- Vancouver / Victoria: 10:30 am – noon
- Winnipeg: 12:30 – 2 pm
- Toronto, Kingston, Ottawa, Montreal: 1:30 – 3 pm
- Halifax: 2:30 – 4 pm
- St. John’s NFLD: 3 – 4:30 pm
The course is consecutive so it is recommended to participate starting on the first or second class. After the 4th class, an opportunity to follow up will be available.

The Vancouver Sri Chinmoy Centre was established in the early 1970’s Since then members of our meditation centre have been offering free classes to the community.
The classes are usually 90-120 minutes, beginning with the basic aspects of meditation – very good for both beginners and the more experienced meditator. Subsequent classes go deeper into meditation. The goal of the classes is to help you establish a regular fruitful meditation practice.
